Also.. there is a higher risk of premature birth to babies born to moms that are that young.

It would definitely make them think twice about wanting to get pregnant. It takes SO much to raise a child.

I got pregnant at 17.. I do not think these girls realize what they have just got themselves in to for the years to come. The movie was good.. I hope it does not try to convince other girls to do that in other areas.

I know a way to get them to stop. Why don’t they watch a baby for couple nights to see to how hard it is. Put them into child development and as an assigment gave them one of those electric babys that cry and feed and poop. I pretty sure that would get them to. I had an early childhood development and we had to take of this baby for a week and do a report on it. I swear I will never have baby until I am married and with job.

these kids are stupid. put them in the real world with no help from parents, just for a day or 2 and they will not have babies on purpose. they think its easy, but its not…GOOD movie tho!

Im only 16 and use to live in Gloucester as a kid so its weird seeing this knowing I could have gone to that highschool. I just visited and sat in front of the highschool this summer. So strange! Just saw the movie also and It was good but they deffinatley glamorized Gloucester they forgot all the freakin’ potholes and every thing.

Finished watching the movie; it was really good. I’m sure the girls aren’t retarded, but they made some retarded decisions. Whether it be a fad or not, they’re still pregnant, unmarried, and below the age of 18.

@Pinkislife04 The movie was semi-based on an actual event.
